Targeted Executive Coaching™ (TEC) is based on the executive’s particular needs (e.g., the need to improve: negotiation skills, presentation skills, organizational leadership, their “executive presence”, how they handle feedback, how they deliver feedback, or debriefing a 360 assessment, etc.) that they want to target. This option provides a great deal of flexibility in their coaching journey. The TEC option offers executives the ability to hone in on highly specific areas of interest in their current leadership development plan. Executives utilize this option due to it’s flexibility and ease of investment. Many executives enjoy the ability to ramp-up or taper down the coaching relationship as their coaching journey progresses.
The Intelligent Leadership Senior Executive Coaching Process™ features 50 to 75 hours working directly with Curtis Smith over a 6 to 12 month period. Curtis Smith confidentially engages with C-Level executives in the four proven phases of John Mattone’s proprietary coaching process: Awareness; Assessment; Action; and Achievement. C- Level executives undergo an in-depth diagnostic interview and are assessed using this proprietary “inner-core” assessments that are complemented by Curtis’ stakeholder interviews and custom 360 to gain insight into their “outer-core” effectiveness.
The Intelligent Leadership Executive Coaching Process features 40 to 60 hours working directly with Curtis Smith over a 6 to 12 month period. Curtis Smith confidentially engages with the executive in the four proven phases of his proprietary coaching process: Awareness; Assessment; Action; and Achievement. The executive experiences an in-depth diagnostic interview and is assed using the proprietary “inner-core” assessments that will be complemented through stakeholder interviews and a custom 360 to gain insight into his/her “outer-core” effectiveness. As part of this process, Curtis Smith will “shadow” the executive as they go about conducting organizational development meetings, delivering presentations and interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
The Accelerated Coaching Process™ features 10 to 20 hours working directly with Curtis Smith over a 3 to 6 month period. The ACP was created to respond to high-potential leaders and emerging leaders who wanted to be coached by him but who couldn’t commit to his 9-or 12-month program. ACP is faster, cost-sensitive, but highly effective. Similar to the CEO Coaching Program, leaders and future leaders are assessed using his proprietary “inner-core” assessments complemented by stakeholder interviews to gain insight into their “outer-core” effectiveness.

Executive Presence is far from just the way that one looks, rather, it is a compilation of physical, verbal, and emotional actions and appearances. As you will notice from the list presented below, there is a great deal of emotional intelligence, self-awareness, physical presence, verbal, and non-verbal communication that is involved in building someone's Executive Presence.
