  • To schedule and hold consultations and sessions, and to deliver the services you request.
  • To process payments, send receipts, and manage your account and orders.
  • To administer assessments and share results with you.
  • To respond to your questions and send service-related messages.
  • To send newsletters or updates you have signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To understand how the Website is used and to improve it.
  • To protect the Website, prevent fraud, and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

04How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described below.

  • Service providers that help us run our business, under contracts that limit how they may use your information. These include our website and e-commerce platform, scheduling service, payment processors, email provider, and analytics provider.
  • Assessment providers. When you purchase an assessment, we share the information needed to set it up (such as your name, email, and, for 360-degree assessments, the raters you choose) with the provider that administers it, such as John Mattone Partners, Inc. or The Myers-Briggs Company. Their handling of your responses is also governed by their own privacy policies.
  • Your organization, when it sponsors your coaching or assessment, only to the extent agreed in the engagement. We do not share the content of coaching conversations with a sponsoring organization without your consent, unless the engagement agreement says otherwise and you were told in advance.
  • Legal and safety reasons, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of you, us, or others.
  • Business transfers. If our business is sold, merged, or reorganized, information may transfer to the new owner, who must honor this policy.
  • With your consent, for any other purpose you approve.

05Coaching confidentiality

What you share in coaching and career work is confidential. We do not publish your materials or identify you as a client without your permission. Client examples on the Website are anonymized, and sample resumes are fictional. Exceptions apply only where disclosure is required by law or needed to prevent serious harm.

06Cookies, analytics, and advertising

The Website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the site and checkout to work. Others help us understand how visitors use the site (analytics). Our website platform may also use cookies to remember your preferences.

We may use advertising tools, such as Google remarketing, that use cookies to show our ads to people who have visited the Website. You can control this in several ways:

Do Not Track. Browsers handle "Do Not Track" signals inconsistently, and the Website does not currently respond to them. You can still use the choices above.

07Email communications

If you subscribe to our newsletter or updates, we will email you about leadership insights and our services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor requests promptly. We may still send you messages about appointments, purchases, or services you have requested.

08How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. Client records, including coaching notes and assessment reports, are generally kept for the length of the engagement and a reasonable period afterward. Purchase and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. When we no longer need information, we delete or de-identify it.

09How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, and we choose service providers that do the same. No website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

10Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct information that is inaccurate.
  • Delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law.
  • Receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
  • Opt out of marketing emails and of targeted advertising.

Some states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and Virginia, give residents specific privacy rights by law. Depending on the size of a business and how it uses data, those laws may not apply to us, but we will honor the requests above from any visitor. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.

To make a request, email admin@executive-panel.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity before acting on it and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent, and if we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response.

11California residents

Under California law, including the California Online Privacy Protection Act, this policy describes the categories of personal information we collect, the types of third parties we share it with, how you can review and request changes to your information, how we respond to Do Not Track signals, and how we will notify you of changes. California's "Shine the Light" law lets residents ask whether we share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing. We do not.

12Children's privacy

The Website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16, and we comply with the federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

14Where information is stored

We are based in the United States, and our service providers store information in the United States. If you visit from outside the United States, your information will be processed here, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

15Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised. If we make significant changes, we will post a notice on the Website or let clients know by email.
