Targeted Executive Coaching™
Targeted Executive Coaching™ (TEC) is based on the executive’s particular needs (e.g., the need to improve: negotiation skills, presentation skills, organizational leadership, their “executive presence”, how they handle feedback, how they deliver feedback, or debriefing a 360 assessment, etc.) that they want to target. This option provides a great deal of flexibility in their coaching journey. The TEC option offers executives the ability to hone in on highly specific areas of interest in their current leadership development plan. Executives utilize this option due to it’s flexibility and ease of investment. Many executives enjoy the ability to ramp-up or taper down the coaching relationship as their coaching journey progresses. This option also offers the freedom for executives to leave the coaching relationship open-ended, providing for continued contact with their coach after completion of the initial needs being met (i.e. continuing the relationship with monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual meetings). This option is also offered at an hourly rate, providing the executive with greater control of their investment into the coaching journey throughout the coaching process.
